The miniVAC from Vac-Star is the smallest professional chamber vacuum sealer on the market. Suitable for catering, butchers, hunters, fishermen or ambitious private users, it is the ideal companion for sous-vide cooking.
The miniVAC is a genuine professional device in a small design, with vacuum performance that is in no way inferior to that of large chamber devices. The best of Swiss engineering at a great price/performance ratio.

The BV–control system is based on a timer.
